Business systems for South African companies, found, set up and run for you.
The systems problem leaves your desk.
tell GAS which systems or contracts you need
GAS assesses your business, then finds, configures and runs the systems it needs, from any provider. Software, services, even the cell phone contracts that have to be provisioned with the software: if a third party has to supply it and set it up, GAS takes it on. You leave your details and tell GAS which systems or contracts you need. GAS calls you, assesses your systems environment for free, and opens your free GAS portal, where you review the options and the plan. After the call GAS finds what fits, configures it, and runs it for you, with the proposal, the pricing, the deposit and the kickoff inside the same portal. What GAS runs today is what it has already sourced and run for companies; every request for something it does not carry yet is counted from today, and GAS onboards what companies ask for most. The first step is one call.
How it works
- You leave your details. Name, company, number, email, how many people work there, which systems you need, and when GAS should call. Nothing else.
- GAS calls you. One conversation about your business, your systems and what is pressing.
- Your portal opens. A link arrives by email. No password to invent. It opens once and expires in 15 minutes, and you can ask for a new one from the portal page.
- GAS finds, configures and runs what fits. The proposal, the pricing, the deposit and the kickoff are all in your portal.
Who it is for
- The owner who is doing systems work that is not their job. You take one call and review one portal, and GAS finds, configures and runs the rest.
- The finance lead who needs pricing to rest on a defined setup. Configuration, pricing and the quote are separate steps at GAS, and pricing starts only after a valid, submitted configuration.
- The accountant or advisor with clients who need this. Referrals are attributed to you, and you have your own partner portal.

Your portal shows you which stage you are in, from first contact to kickoff.
What GAS has run so far
GAS assesses your business first, then finds the system or contract that fits, from any provider. What GAS runs today is what it has sourced and run for companies already, and that list grows with what companies ask for. Tell GAS which systems or contracts you need. If GAS has not run them yet, your request is counted from today, and GAS onboards what is asked for most. The first product GAS sourced and ran was Sage Payroll Advanced.
A plan you can see before you sign
Configuration, pricing and the quote are separate steps. The proposal pack, the deposit link and the invoice are produced by GAS. The proposal stage comes before the signed stage.
